Everything went well with the dealership, they kept me up-to-date on the servicing, which was done on the time they have scheduled. I was given prompt rides home from the dealership and pick up from my home to retrieve my car. I highly recommend VannGannaway as a Chevrolet service center.

My vehicle was done in a timely manner. The wait was very quick.

Brought truck in for evaluation for hard up shift and hard down shift. service was insistent on flush and fluids replacement for transmission and was overly certain that this would fix the problem, however over $600.00 later truck is worse than before the service was performed, more going on than just fluids. I did not receive any type of diagnosis just that this would hopefully fix it, not to mention that I was told Chevy didn’t build the transmission in the truck for comfort and it would drive rough.Im pretty sure Chevy would not put out a product such as a problematic 8 speed transmission. I was not and did I not feel reassured I would have a vehicle that drove as it should. Truck has current up to date service history and well maintained. I put my trust in you to fix the problem. My problem still exists and needs fixing.

I had to wait 3 hours for the work to be done. Replace tire pressure sensors and replace tail gate actuator.. This work was covered under extended warranty.

As always, it was great. Mark kept me informed via text messages about my car. They actually completed it early which was awesome. They never disappoint.

I took my 2025 equinox in to correct an issue that was present since the first day I purchased it at your dealership. 3 trips and hours spent waiting for the correct part to be ordered and installed and it felt like bringing the car in was a burden caused by myself. Twice when the car was returned to me after the work was done, sensors which were tripped during the troubleshooting on the repair shop were not reset and corrected. I had to reset the sensors which I could and leave those which I could not until I returned to your service center on my next trip. The trip still resulted in sensors not corrected which I went back into the service center to see if it could be reset, and again it seemed like a burden to the staff. For warranty work on an issue which was present but not disclosed at the time of purchase, I believe it would behoove the dealership to make things right to include customer service from time of delivery to returning the vehicle.

I purchased a new car from another dealership in the area less than 6 months ago. Not only did I dislike the vehicle enough to trade it so soon, but the difference in buying experience could not be more stark. My agent, Nick, actually talked to me (not at me) about my choice of a Chevrolet Trax. He ensured the car met my needs and showed me all the available Trax on the lot. What stood out the most was the complete lack of pressure. Never once did I get pushed to buy something I didn't want or need. The transaction (the dreaded negotiation, endless wait, and sign period) was quick, efficient, easy to understand, and completed without hassle or last-minute pressure sales to buy additional protection, warranty, or features. I had been a multi-decade Chevrolet owner and left for the last couple of years for other brands. The Vann Gannaway Chevrolet experience was the perfect welcome back.

My service was fine. However, after they installed my dash camera, I wish somebody there would have known how to operate it and kind of show me how it operates. Instead of telling me figure out on your own. Cuz I still have no idea how it works and how it properly records without disconnecting from my Chevy Auto phone.

Our service writer Danovan Khan was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I was having done on my car. Vann Ganaway has been our go to dealership for many years. But I was disappointed in the labor cost of changing the main battery. $253.50 seems a little much.

I called about loosing tire pressure. I called and asked if it was under warranty since I got it in December and my mileage was 2460 miles and garage kept. They said they were busy that day and to bring it in on Friday at 10. Well I did and no one seem to know about it when I showed up. They had me roll up and didn't see anything but told me to go to waiting area and they will look at it. We'll came back and said it was ready and it was 28 dollars an change because there was a screw in it. I told them that I could have taken it across like I said Before they fixed it because Discount tirebdoes it for FREE. I NEVER signed a paper before any work was done... I didn't want to argue because my husband was being watched by our son while I went for my appointment ( he is on Hopice) and I had to get home because I'm his main caregiver

The individual I was working with , instead of telling me the truth about my car not being fixable, he lead me to believe that he fixed it . Spent a lot of money and time there. he was not able to find the issue at hand, and the next day my car was still broke and not working . Due to this this issue I am now working with a different dealership .

Van Ganaway is a great dealership

First the 2022 Silverado motor had to be rebuilt. I took it to Vann Gannaway dealership. When I got it back from the dealership, it leaked oil all over my driveway. So I had to take it back to the dealership and they had it 4 more days. After getting it back again, I was out driving, and it started raining and I found out my wipers now don't work. Obviously, someone didn't connect something back up or they broke something -- putting my family and others at risk. This is not acceptable...

My first new car purchase in Florida. I bought cars from one sales person and one dealership in Ohio for over 25 years, so that makes me loyal when I get the same in return for all my purchases. My first experience with Vann Gannaway was really positive, working with Jayme in Sales and Justin in Finance and SEVERAL others that just greeted me and talked to me on the floor, in service, new parts sales. Everybody was upbeat and talked about how they enjoy working there, very positive about the place, if I were an undercover boss, I would be impressed. They even said the owner is there everyday, not that it is a big deal, but maybe the owner should consider greeting the customer when the new car sales is inked.

All was going great at the 7:30 checkin with Daworon until I found out at 9:30 that my truck alignment wasn’t even started! The work order had a big, red stamp on it that said “Will Wait”! He told me that he thought I left! Anyway, I finally left at 11:45 with my truck! I blame myself as I didn’t tell him that I “Will Wait” and I should have stood in front of his desk to entire time. I let my guard down. He didn’t take any responsibility of the mistake that he made.

I was quoted a different price for oil change and tire rotation when I scheduled the vehicle for service than what was told to me on checking out which was more. Service advisor actually gave me a better deal when checking out. This gets real interesting, because when I got home that afternoon, I received a better coupon in the mail the same day for the same service. It seems the coupons come in after the truck gets serviced every time. Overall great service department and always on time.

As my Chevrolet Silverado broke down on the side of the road. I immediately drove to the dealership when it restarted. I pulled up and a gentlemen greeted my, asked my issue brought me inside to the service department. to a woman behind the booth. She asked the gentleman to assist me so he went outside and attached a code reader to my truck. The woman then came out, asked me if I had an appointment, I answered no, she pulled the code reader and said they couldnt get to it until tomorrow. I asked if they had a way to get me home and she said there are not rentals available. The gentleman Ron? or Don? stated he would drive me home. This woman was rude and unprofessional. The next two times I had to interact with her she was better

They advocated for us with the insurance company as the quote contained a lesser bumper and they got that resolved. Repair was fast and easy, finished ahead of schedule with excellent updates along the way. Repairs on tire sesnsors were done and now system monitors correctly. Great end to end service!

Got the car back with low windshield fluid notice. It’s little things that matter. Car was finally fixed after 6 months of back and forth. Service advisor was top notch finally got someone that knows what they’re doing and cares about the customer.

Have a 2022 silverado ltz with 3800 miles on it came out of a business to find it would no longer start .kinda skeptical with such low mileage but do not drive it often as you can tell .Van Gannaway Chevrolet sent a tow truck for it and in just a few minutes I was up and running again .seemed to have something to do with an electrical fuel issue ..purchased the truck there and will always go there for my service needs and Chevy products .a lot of negative reviews on this truck but. I love the way it is designed and drives would not have anything else .great dealership and staff been going there for years .when I get around to finally driving this truck more im sure it will be there for me .keeping the miles off it and using something else for my daily driver .beautiful truck Chevy solid happy with it …….

Delores made the process incredibly seamless. I was at the dealership about an hour, and most of that time was me cleaning out my old vehicle. The entire staff worked like a well-oiled machine to make the process a great experience.

I was quoted a price and when I got there it was told to me it would be a higher price.

Lenny got my work truck in for a service without an appointment in a very timely manner. Completely satisfied with all work performed.

Recall work took longer than estimated at check-in. Technician later told them he needed half a day, yet they estimated 2 hours. People at check-in should have been better informed. Even an alert at the reservation would have been appropriate. Otherwise, this is a good and efficient dealership.
